Revenue Manager Full Time NEW

Hotel Talent are seeking an experienced and proactive Revenue Manager to join a 4-star property in Cork. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and forecasting demand. This position requires a strong understanding of revenue management techniques and experience in the hospitality industry to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Management Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
2. Market Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze market trends and historical data to forecast demand and adjust strategies.
3. Pricing and Distribution: Manage rate structures and ensure optimal distribution across all channels.
4. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue goals.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to track performance.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and improve revenue management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, Pricing Analyst, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution channels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish hotel market and tourism industry.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
