We are currently looking for an experience Executive Head Chef for a 4* hotel in Germany.
As Executive Chef you will manage the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen while overseeing and directing staff under your immediate supervision. To assist and enable the kitchen to consistently deliver high standards and ensure a high degree of customer care. To provide an efficient and cost effective food service. To ensure all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet the hotels specifications and commitment to quality. To maintain a safe, orderly and sanitised kitchen and to demonstrate this by example using proper food handling techniques.
