Main areas of responsibility:

• Preparing a wide variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, bread etc. for the hotels restaurant, weddings and events all year.
• Ensuring that your section is kept clean and tidy at all times and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Ensuring that all food produced is labeled accurately and stored in fridges in the correct manner.
• Passionate about producing high quality food and working with like minded colleagues.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating new desert menus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.
