Bar Supervisor – 4* Hotel Full Time NEW

Hotel Talent is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join an expanding 4* hotel property. This leadership role requires an individual with a strong background in hotels, particularly with wine and classics, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring service standards are maintained, managing a talented team, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Crafting signature cocktails to deliver to guests
• Day to day running of the bar
• Training to ensure compliance to standards at all levels within the team;
• Stock control management including compliance to procurement procedures;
• Building relationships with suppliers, representatives, guests and bar team to maximise sales potential and achieve agreed organisation and departmental goals and objectives;
• Rostering, costing, forecasting and reviews;
• Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department with quarterly goals.
• To prepare effective rosters to ensure appropriate staff levels for the level of business and implement and maintain effective labour cost management practices.
• To carry out daily & weekly skills training for all staff to ensure a consistent level of skills performance is maintained.
• To ensure the Bar is cleaned daily and is maintained in a hygienic condition.
• Always maintain a professional presence in the Bar.
