Chef de Partie – Dublin City Centre – Excellent Benefits 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious, high end private members club in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail orientated chef who is passionate about ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to clubs menus and quality standards. 
• To lead, motivate and train junior staff on recipes, presentation skills and cooking skills.
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills 
• A flexible, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
