Hotel Talent is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at our busy 4-star hotel in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing and training staff, controlling costs, and driving revenue. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture
• Develop and update cocktail, wine, and drinks menus in collaboration with F&B management
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure all staff are well-informed on offerings
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health & safety, and HACCP requirements
• Monitor stock levels, complete weekly ordering, and manage waste and stock control
• Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and events
• Work closely with the kitchen, F&B, and events team to support seamless service for functions and private events
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a top-tier experience
• Manage cash handling, reporting, and end-of-day reconciliations
