General Manager Full Time

Hotel Talent is looking for a Hotel General Manager to join a beautiful property in Wicklow. We are looking for a passionate manager that has excellent attention to detail, is standard driven, has an excellent food & beverage knowledge and can bring a strong understanding of the hotel operations. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent team management skills and come with a minimum 3*  background, with a passion for delivering a world-class guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong understanding of all hotel departments and their functions.

• Actively participate in daily departmental duties while fostering a positive and professional work ethic.

• Promote team engagement, initiative, and continuous improvement through a hands-on leadership approach.

• Collaborate closely with department managers and their teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Consistently aim to exceed guest expectations in every interaction.

• Maintain constructive and professional working relationships with colleagues and management across all departments.

Candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations, including coffee, wine, and cocktail service.

• Demonstrated excellence in guest service and sales performance.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.

• Experience with Hotsoft and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to train and manage staff effectively.
