We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Brasserie Manager to oversee the daily operations of our elegant brasserie, located within a renowned luxury hotel in the heart of County Kerry.
As Brasserie Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the brasserie, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for every guest. You’ll lead a dedicated front-of-house team, uphold the highest standards of service, and collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain a consistent and innovative food and beverage offering.
Oversee daily brasserie operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Lead, train, and inspire a professional service team
Ensure excellence in guest experience and customer satisfaction
Drive revenue and profitability through strong business acumen
Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
Liaise with kitchen and senior management to deliver seamless service
Proven experience in a similar management role within a 4* or 5* hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for food, wine, and exceptional service
A proactive, hands-on management style
