Known for its warm atmosphere, top-quality food, and expertly crafted drinks, this venue is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the front-of-house bar team and elevate the customer experience.

Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth workflow
Lead, train, and inspire a team of bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance
Develop and update drinks menus in collaboration with senior management
Drive sales through promotional activity and events
Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly
Work closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless service
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Supervisor in a busy bar, pub, or gastropub setting
Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of HACCP and licensing regulations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
