Key Responsibilities:
Drive all proactive sales strategies with a focus on high-value leisure, bespoke group, and experiential travel.
Build and leverage relationships with key bookers, travel advisors, and niche tour operators—particularly those aligned with the luxury and boutique Irish market.
Design and implement a highly targeted e-commerce and digital strategy that complements direct bookings and high-margin revenue streams.
Represent the property at luxury travel events and sales missions (both domestic and international).
Deliver structured reporting and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Act as a brand ambassador within the West Cork tourism ecosystem—building collaborations that enhance the property’s profile and commercial opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
A proven background in senior sales roles within 4- or 5-star properties
Strong digital acumen, with experience driving direct business through online and e-commerce channels.
