Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently

• Set and uphold the highest standards of customer service for a discerning clientele

• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Liaise effectively with the Head Chef and BOH team to maintain seamless coordination

• Manage bookings, guest requests, private dining, and VIP service with discretion and precision

• Monitor financial performance including labour costs, GP, stock control, and departmental budgets

• Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring full compliance with all H&S and HACCP standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining or premium hospitality setting

• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills

• Financially astute with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and stock control

• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for great food, wine, and refined service standards

• Hands-on and proactive approach, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends
