Accommodation Manager 4* Hotel Full Time

Hotel Talent are currently seeking an Accommodation Manager for a beautiful 4* property in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a 4* or 5* property.

In this role, the Accommodation Manager will be instrumental in upholding high standards and leading the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will be driven, with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and solid project management abilities. Accommodation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing, scheduling, and developing a large, dedicated team while maintaining outstanding housekeeping standards across the property, including rooms and public areas.

• Managing payroll, budgets, and team training and development.

• Monitoring the quality of work to ensure it consistently meets the highest standards.

• Assigning rooms and tasks to accommodation/housekeeping staff.

• Supporting employees in their development, helping them advance to the next stage of their careers.

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, both internal and external.

• Overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas, including conference spaces and leisure facilities.

• Collaborating with the Maintenance team to maintain consistent high hotel standards.
