Responsibilities: 

• Work alongside the Bar Manager in close collaboration ensuring the bar is reaching its full potential.
• Step in as Bar Manager in their absence and lead by example.
• To be hands on and assist in serving food and behind the bar when needed.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
• Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
• Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
• Effectively lead the Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience at a Supervisory or Assistant Manager level in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Driven determination in providing the highest standard of service to our guests.
