Hotel Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join the leadership team of a well-known 4-star hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations of the front desk and guest services
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff to maintain high service standards
Manage room allocation, reservations, and upselling opportunities
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Sales, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations
Act as Duty Manager when required
Previous experience in a front office supervisory or assistant manager role in a 4* hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Working knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/Fidelio or similar)
Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
A positive, hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
