Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast offerings to hotel guests, ensuring consistency and efficiency during peak service hours.
Maintain excellent food presentation standards, with a strong emphasis on flavour and appearance.
Support the wider kitchen team in daily prep and handover duties.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Head Chef or Sous Chef regarding ordering and wastage.
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar early-shift role within a hotel or high-quality kitchen environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
A passion for quality ingredients, simple elegance in cooking, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety procedures and HACCP standards.
