Chef de Partie – 5* Hotel – Munster – With Accommodation

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to lead the kitchen team at a 5* Hotel in Munster. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail orientated chef who is passionate about ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the hotel’s menus and quality standards. 
• Lead and supervise junior chefs, ensuring that they follow kitchen procedures and maintain high standards.
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills 
• A flexible, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
