Conference Manager Full Time

Role Overview:

Hotel Talent is seeking an experienced and dynamic Conference Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4-star property in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead and coordinate exceptional events and conferences in a luxurious and vibrant setting.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a conference and event management role prior, ideally within a 4-star property or similar setting.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
• Quality and standards orientated.
• Attention to detail, highly motivated and ambitious.
• Active Relationships- Able to communicate fluently and concisely with their team and senior management.
• Flexibility to work weekends when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements are met with excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless event execution.
• Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of service in line with the property’s reputation.
• Organize event meetings, both during the day and after.
