Our client is looking for a Director of Marketing to join the team. You will be an inspiring, tech-savvy and commercial driven professional who will lead the development of the brand.  You will lead, design and execute innovation marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms. 

• Manage all digital assets – website, social media, ezines, third party listings etc. 
• Deliver impactful SEO/SEM strategies, PPC and date driven performance marketing
• Lead the development of the hotels web presence, booking engine and mobile first customer journey
• Own and execute a cutting edge digital roadmap that drives traffic, boots conversions and fuels growth across all online platforms
• Innovate with content – from blog posts to stunning visual videos
• Ensure a seamless and luxurious brand experience across every guest interaction
• Bring the brand story to live across all digital and print material 
• Deliver creative campaigns across all aspects of print, PR and B2C events
• Manage all OTA platforms to ensure consistency, performance and conversion optimisation
• Foster strong industry relationships and partnerships to drive visibility and new market opportunities
• Build and lead a high performing marketing function
• Report on performance weekly and monthly
• Contribute to budget planning and revenue forecasting

Candidate

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior Marketing role ideally within hospitality or luxury brands (Irish experience)
• Proven success in developing and scaling digital campaigns 
• Excellent knowledge of website performance, SEO, CRM, Analytics & Social Platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Very creative 
• Degree in Marketing (Digital or equivalent)
