Duty Manager Full Time

Hotel Talent is looking for a Duty Manager to join a successful 4* property in Kilkenny. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the hotel’s senior management team to oversee the daily operations of this busy and popular property.
• Take full responsibility for all aspects of hotel operations while on duty.
• Supervise and manage a team of up to 30 staff members during peak shifts.
• Adopt a hands-on approach, providing support in various departments as required.
• Work closely with the food & beverage teams to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience for all visitors.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy 3-star or 4-star hotel is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the food & beverage industry.
• Previous Front Office experience is a plus.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
