Hotel Talent is delighted to be recruiting a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of a leading 4-star hotel in County Cavan. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team within a well-established, high-performing property known for exceptional service and outstanding food & beverage offerings.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations, ensuring top-quality service across the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service areas. You will play a key leadership role in developing the team, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving commercial targets.
Oversee the daily operations of all food & beverage departments
Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in line with hotel policies and statutory requirements
Manage budgets, stock control, and purchasing in coordination with the General Manager and Head Chef
Implement service standards and continuously seek areas for improvement
Work closely with Events & Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of banqueting and functions
Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance service delivery
Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms where applicable
Proven experience in a similar F&B leadership role, ideally within a 4* hotel or upscale hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banqueting service operations
A hands-on leader with a passion for excellence and guest satisfaction
Commercially aware with a good understanding of budgeting and P&L management
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
