F&B Manager – 4* hotel Full Time

Hotel Talent is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager. We are seeking an individual with exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and a proven track record in financial management across hospitality establishments. The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership abilities, come from a 4* or 5* background, and possess a deep passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Drive commercial success through a strong focus on revenue generation, cost control, and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and the F&B leadership team to develop and implement the department’s strategic goals.
• Partner with senior management to establish financial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the F&B department contributes to the hotel’s overall profitability.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring high levels of performance.
• Work alongside Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to create a unique and locally inspired F&B offering.
• Set and maintain operational standards, inspiring the F&B team to consistently deliver excellence.
• Utilize technology and systems to streamline department operations and improve efficiency.
• Lead the development of new concepts, menus, and dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and attract new business.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager within a 5* or luxury 4* property.
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, payroll management, and forecasting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish hotel industry and current food and beverage trends.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative marketing strategies to drive F&B revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in F&B management software and POS systems.
