F&B Manager Full Time

Hotel Talent is excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for a F&B Manager. We are looking for a passionate manager that has excellent attention to detail, is standard driven, has an excellent food & beverage knowledge and can manage all financial aspects of all hotels. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent team management skills and must come with a 4* or 5* background, a passion for delivering world-class dining experience and a strong food background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all facets of the Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring excellence in service.
• To be commercially aware and focused on revenue generation and cost control across the hotel.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Leadership team on the overall strategy of the department.
• Collaborate with senior management to set financial objectives and KPIs, ensuring the F&B department contributes to the hotel’s profitability.
• Foster a culture and environment of continuous learning and development within the team.
• In accordance with Human Resources; attract, hire and retain the right talent.
• Have an ability to develop close relationships with suppliers in order to develop a local F&B offering.
• Standards focused on the ability to inspire the F&B team to deliver the same standards.
• Use technology and systems to the department’s advantage.
• Lead the development of new concepts, menus, and curate a dining experience to enhance guest satisfaction and attract new business.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous senior experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager, in a 5* or luxury 4* property
• Must possess excellent organisational skills, strong leadership, and people management skills
• Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, payroll, and forecasting
• Must have a knowledge of the Irish hotel industry.
• High knowledge of food and beverage trends, hotel operations and high standards of service

• In-depth understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to create innovative marketing strategies to boost F&B revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems.
