Food & Beverage Manager Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations in a 4* Hotel in Galway. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess a strong background in managing restaurant and bar operations within a hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting and room service.
• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
• Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
• Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools).
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
