Front of House Manager 4* Hotel Full Time

Hotel Talent is currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our client’s welcoming Front Office team in a 4* property. In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated team to ensure that every guest receives a warm, efficient welcome throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and provide training on SOPs and standards.
• Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Handle reservations calls efficiently, providing a high level of guest care.
• Participate in meetings, including the Morning Stand-Up and weekly Head of Department meetings.
• Oversee room allocations and coordinate with the Accommodation team to ensure timely availability.
• Promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to guests.
• Maintain accurate filing and administration within the department.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential.
• A fresh new perspective on the role and forward thinking whilst supporting the team.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, preferably Opera, is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
