Hotel Talent is a seeking a skilled and experienced Head Spa Therapist to lead the team at a premier adult-only destination spa, dedicated to providing a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will oversee spa operations, ensure the highest standards of treatments and customer service, and support the professional development of our therapists. You will be responsible for maintaining the spa’s reputation for excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the spa therapy team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform high-quality face and body treatments using organic and results-driven products.
• Train, mentor, and support therapists, ensuring adherence to Spa standards.
• Monitor treatment quality, guest feedback, and service efficiency to maintain excellence.
• Oversee product recommendations and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure spa hygiene and cleanliness meet the highest industry standards.
• Assist in scheduling, staff management, and operational planning to optimize efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest spa trends and wellness techniques, implementing new treatments where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified with extensive experience in spa therapy, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Certifications in facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
