We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team in one of a busy Dublin Restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to take the next step in their career, supporting the kitchen leadership team and contributing to high-quality food service across our restaurant, bar, events, and banqueting operations.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Supervise and coordinate the kitchen brigade in their absence.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard and in line with recipes and portion control guidelines.
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, support, and training where needed.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Participate in cleaning schedules, stock rotation, and temperature checks.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
Monitor waste and support efforts to improve efficiency and reduce food costs.
