Operations Manager Full Time

Hotel Talent are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a hotel in Cavan. The role will require the effective and efficient management of the ground floor food & beverage operation along with supporting the General Manager in the running of the property.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel with a detailed focus on the ground floor food & beverage operations
• Lead and guide the team, continually tweaking procedures and improving service
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
• Ensuring Management observe all shift and opening / closing procedures
• Provide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all
• Ensure financials targets are met

Requirements

• Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations from large volume hotels in Ireland
• Must display effective leadership and proven team management abilities
• Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person required
• 3+ years Deputy GM / Operations Management experience in Leisure style 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred.
