Reservations Manager – 4* Hotel North Dublin 

Hotel Talent is currently looking for an experienced Reservation Manager to join the team at a 4* Hotel in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s reservation operations, ensuring efficient handling of all booking inquiries, maximizing room occupancy, revenue and delivering excellent guest service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the reservations department, including individual and group bookings
• Monitor room availability and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Ensure optimal occupancy levels and revenue through effective rate and yield management.
• Train, supervise, and schedule reservations staff.
• Handle VIP and special reservations, ensuring personalized service.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, front office, and revenue teams.
• Analyse booking trends and prepare reservation reports.
• Maintain relationships with OTAs, travel agents, corporate clients, and other partners.
• Oversee the implementation and usage of the reservation system/PMS (e.g., Opera, etc.).
• Resolve reservation-related issues or guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
