Hotel Talent is proud to partner with a leading 4-star hotel in North Dublin to recruit a dynamic and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead the food & beverage team in delivering exceptional service across breakfast, lunch, and evening dining.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional ready to make their mark in a well-regarded, high-volume operation that prides itself on warm Irish hospitality and exceptional culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the hotel’s main restaurant, ensuring top-tier service and a memorable guest experience
Manage, motivate, and train the front-of-house team to deliver excellence at every service
Work closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to coordinate menus, service flow, and guest satisfaction
Drive service standards, handle guest feedback, and maintain a strong floor presence
Manage rosters, cost control, and staff development to ensure operational efficiency
Uphold all health & safety and hygiene standards in line with hotel and legislative guidelines
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality 4* hotel or high-end restaurant setting
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented management style
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Sound understanding of restaurant financials (cost control, stock, P&L)
Flexible, calm under pressure, and guest-focused at all times
