Hotel Talent is delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy morning restaurant in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service, food quality, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering an outstanding dining experience. This role requires effective management of both front- and back-of-house staff, ensuring seamless service during peak morning and midday hours. The candidate will also be responsible for operational efficiency, and exceptional hospitality. Proven experience managing a team in a similar fast paced environment is a must. Shifts will be working 5/7 days, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations from opening until mid-afternoon, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that meets presentation standards
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth service flow
Conduct staff performance reviews, provide regular coaching, and support professional development
Recruit, train, and supervise all café team members, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any issues or complaints
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for food, beverages, and supplies, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Track daily sales and expenses, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to support profitability
