This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team of a prestigious property, renowned for delivering world-class guest experiences in the heart of scenic County Kerry.
As Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the hotel’s pricing and distribution strategies. You’ll be responsible for maximising room revenue and profitability through insightful data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams.
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimise revenue
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns
Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Drive performance through KPI analysis and regular reporting to senior management
Collaborate with key departments to align strategy and execution
Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
Strong analytical and commercial skills
Excellent Excel skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Highly organised with strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
