Hotel Talent are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to join the team at a 4* Hotel in Meath.

This is a Hybrid Role with 2 days in the Office and 3 days working from home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager or Front Office Manager.

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by implementing effective pricing strategies, optimizing room occupancy, and analyzing market trends. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the hotel achieves its financial goals through revenue forecasting, pricing adjustments, and collaboration with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Optimization & Management

• Implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and optimize inventory and yield.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust rates.
• Identify revenue opportunities across all hotel departments.

Data Insights & Reporting

• Analyze revenue data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations for accurate forecasting.
• Provide insights on booking patterns, segmentation, and distribution.

Channel & Distribution Strategy

• Optimize distribution channels for rate parity and availability.
• Enhance the hotel’s website to boost direct bookings.
• Work with marketing teams to align strategies and improve third-party platform performance.

Collaboration & Revenue Strategy

• Align revenue strategies with business goals across teams.
• Train staff on revenue management best practices.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and promotions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a revenue management role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience managing OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
• Strong expertise in pricing strategies, market segmentation, and managing distribution channels.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
