Sales Manager Full Time

Hotel Talent are looking for a Sales Manager to join a 4* hotel. You will be responsible for sales planning, forecasting and driving hotel sales revenue.  

• Manages and oversees proactive sales for all contracted segments 
• Proactive in the market with annual sales targets to achieve both individually and collectively for the sales team.
• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. 
• Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals. 
• Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account
• Develops effective sales plans for all market segments.
• Understands the overall market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducts site inspections, FAM Trips and weekly sales calls.

Ideal candidate:

• Previous Proactive Sales Experience from the 4/5 Star Hotel Market in Ireland.
• Will have excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Target driven 
• Salary guide €45k plus bonus structure
