Spa Manager Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury spa at a prestigious 5* resort in Ireland. This key role requires a dynamic leader passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and train a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants, ensuring consistent high standards of service.
• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including treatment bookings, inventory management, and hygiene protocols.
• Develop and implement spa treatment menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
• Ensure all guest interactions are positive, addressing any complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with resort management to enhance guest experience and brand alignment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Spa Manager role, ideally in a 5* or luxury resort setting with Irish Experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and operational management.
• Proficient in managing budgets, staffing, and inventory.
