Manage and regularly update the function sheet to ensure all departments are aligned on upcoming weddings and events.
Liaise with wedding couples from the initial booking right through to the big day, providing a seamless and supportive experience.
Support the setup and execution of weddings, ensuring every detail is delivered in line with the couple’s expectations and the hotel’s high standards.
Actively promote the property’s wedding and event offerings, identifying opportunities to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends both locally and internationally to continuously improve the service offering.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring all guests leave happy.
Complete daily administrative tasks related to weddings and events, along with general office support as needed.
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in handling phone and email enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
